These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public SeaCras corporate website available at seacras.com and www.seacras.com. They do not govern the separate public SeaCras App experience at water.seacras.com or any client-specific service, dashboard, API, or contracted deployment unless those services explicitly state that these terms apply.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to your browsing and use of the public informational website operated by Sea Cras d.o.o. under the SeaCras brand. The website presents SeaCras products, research, industry use cases, company information, public news, and contact pathways for business discussions, demos, and recruitment.

Important: The SeaCras App at water.seacras.com is governed by separate app terms. Client-specific services, partner portals, reports, dashboards, and commercial deliverables are governed by separate contracts, statements of work, service agreements, or data processing terms.

These Terms should also be read together with the applicable SeaCras privacy and cookie documents for the relevant public service. If a page or form presents a more specific notice, that more specific notice supplements these Terms for that context.
